Free Shipping

Ebbcreations offers free shipping on orders which meet a minimum requirement. If a customer chooses to use a free shipping option on a qualifying order it will be shipped via the most cost effective method for Ebbcreations.com. Free shipping is not available for international orders. Do not use Free Shipping if you require your items by a specific date.

Processing Times
It generally takes between 1 to 3 business days from the time your order is received by our warehouse for the order to be processed, packed, and ready for shipping. This does not include weekends or holidays. Please make a note of this if you need your package to arrive by a specific date.

NOTE: Orders are processed and shipped based on shipping method selected. Orders with next day or 2nd day service will be processed and shipped first.

Return Policy
Ebbcreations.com wants to provide it's customers with the best online shopping experience available.
We have a 15 day, no questions asked, 100% replacement Guarantee on any damaged merchandise you receive. We encourage our customers to inspect the contents of their package(s) as soon as the order is delivered to ensure that you have plenty of time to take advantage of our replacement policy. EBB Creations will be unable to issue any type of replacement after the 15 days has expired.

Return/Cancellation Policy
Due to the nature of e-commerce Ebbcreations.com must adhere to a conditional return and cancellation policy. All returns/cancellations will be subject to a 20% restocking and handling fee. Refunds on returned merchandise will be allowed up to 30 days from the shipped date of your order. Shipping fees are under no circumstances refundable and are the sole responsibility of the customer. To qualify for a refund, product(s) must arrive at our warehouse within 30 days of the original shipment and in the same condition we shipped it—i.e. unopened, unused, and undamaged merchandise. Please repack the products carefully for the return trip to avoid damage in transit. Products that have be opened, used, or damaged will not be accepted for return and will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense. If you believe there will be a problem with the product reaching us within the 30 day period, be sure to contact our customer service department to make special arrangements.
